Bar Service
Together the bar menu will be customized (open bar, cash bar, or a combination) to meet your budget and give your guests variety. We have it covered start to finish at the inside and outside bars with bartenders, menu signs, ice (loads of it!) and water. Pay for what you use and leave the rest to us.

Floor Plan
A customized floorplan will be created in advance and tables and chairs in place when you arrive so you can start to decorate.

Vision Visit
Monthly open house to plan how to make your vision come to life and discuss your agenda to ensure your guests have a memorable celebration.

Trusted Vendors
We get it. Event planning isn’t something you do every day. A list of experienced caterers, photographers, etc. is provided to assist finding your partners easy.

Venue Assistant
A venue assistant will be on site throughout the day taking care of venue cleanliness: bathroom restocking, garbage removal, etc.

The loft lounge is furnished with cozy furniture settings for when guests take a break.

Bistro lights strung throughout the interior for a romantic night glow and strung outside under the stars near the water fountain for dancing.

Yard Games
Keep the fun flowing with giant Jenga, bag toss and yard tic tac toe.

Forced air heating and cooling in the remodeled industrial barn main level for comfort.
Additional fans, propane fire pits and patio heaters available for outside use.

Full Use of property for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception.
Friday 1-9pm, Saturday 8am – midnight, Sunday 7-10am
