Included Help & Guidance
Together the bar will be customized (open bar, cash bar, or a combination) to meet your budget and give your guests variety. We have it covered start to finish at the inside and outside bars with bartenders, menu signs, ice (loads of it!) and water. Pay for what you use and leave the rest to us.
A customized floorplan will be created in advance and tables and chairs in place when you arrive so you can start to decorate.
Monthly open house to plan how to make your vision come to life and discuss your agenda to ensure your guests have a memorable celebration.
We get it. Event planning isn’t something you do every day. A list of experienced caterers, photographers, etc. is provided to assist finding your partners easy.
A venue assistant will be on site throughout the day taking care of venue cleanliness: bathroom restocking, garbage removal, etc.

Use during cocktail hour and reception for guests to mingle.
